WA Bullbars grants the original purchaser a limited warranty of product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 12 months after retail purchase from an authorized WA Bullbar dealer. This warranty does not cover the cost, nor will be responsible for any costs due to the removal, installation, transport or any other loss due to warranty servicing.
Products sourced and used in the manufacture of the WA Bullbar products, (such as indicators or winches) will be affected by that manufacturers warranty conditions.
The maximum liability to a WA Bullbars under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty covers only the cost of repair or replacement of the product or part thereof, the final decision of which remains solely at the discretion of WA Bullbars.
This warranty will not cover the product for damage or defects caused by collision, alteration, improper installation, road hazards, adverse conditions or usage for any other purpose other than normal private usage.
If a WA Bullbar product is suspected to be defective, it must be submitted as soon as possible for warranty inspection through an authorized WA Bullbar dealer. The entire part must be returned for inspection, not just the suspected defective part, shipped freight prepaid, together with a written description of the suspected failure with proof of purchase and full contact details. The repaired or replaced product will be returned freight prepaid.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
Liability
WA Bullbars range of steel Vehicle Frontal Protection Systems, (commonly known as nudge bars, roobars and bullbars), are engineered for vehicle and occupant safety with an understanding of the Australian Design Standard AS4876.1-2002, the Bullbar Construction Guidelines as set by the Western Australian Department of Planning and Infrastructure, ADR 69 and SRS Air Bag compatibility. Products are made with a clear interpretation of those guidelines at the time of manufacture. WA Bullbars cannot be responsible for a change of attitude by licensing authorities.
Freight
Carrier assumes responsibility upon receipt of product and all claims for damage or shortage must be filed by the customer against the carrier. If a container/wrapping/shipping unit appears to have been damaged during transit from WA Bullbars to its receiving point, a claim must be filed with the transportation company. A visual inspection is performed on all packaging prior to shipment from WA Bullbars for correct quality and condition.
